Laurus nobilis
A bay tree, or Laurus nobilis, is an aromatic evergreen tree known for its shiny, green leaves and its ornamental value as a shaped shrub, standard, or hedge, thriving in Mediterranean climates but needing winter protection from the wind, otherwise, the leaves can burn.
It looks super in a pot or containers, where it adds year-round greenery and culinary fragrance to gardens.
