The apple tree (Malus Pumila, commonly called Malus Domestica) is a deciduous tree best known for its sweet, pomaceous fruit, the apple.
You can buy four apple rootstock sizes: M27 - very dwarfing, M9 - dwarfing, MM106 - semi-vigorous or "normal", and 1/2 standard - vigorous which produces the largest apple trees, can be used for eating or cooking.
